In order to ensure the operation and maintenance of a property, a quality plan and property manual are created for all properties. The manual contains a complete list of the property's equipment and maintenance routines. Our quality plan has been created in accordance with the applicable requirements within SIS-EN ISO 9001: 2000.
The aim behind our preventive facility management is always to stay one step ahead. The property manager continuously monitors the property and checks that all equipment is working. We offer property owners a reliable and customised solution for facility management.
We can also provide complete technical management, with maintenance plans, energy investigations and status inspections.
We process approximately 25,000 cases annually in our case management system. All cases are easily processed and managed via a smartphone or hand-held device and it is simple to gain an overview and follow up on cases. When maintenance is due in your property, a maintenance case is automatically generated. All cases are addressed and reports are sent to administration and management. As a property owner, you can follow cases online. All cases are dealt with by a responsible technician.
We use electronically-monitored key management, which is secure and determined by authorisation.
