ORANGE COUNTY, Calif. (July 17, 2019) – Savills has been named one of the 2019 Best Places to Work in Orange County by the Orange County Business Journal. This is the third year in a row that the Orange County office has received this prestigious honor. Savills was one of only 100 companies named as a top employer in the county and was ranked within the large employer category.
The selected 100 companies scored highest on a proprietary ranking completed by research firm Best Companies Group, on behalf of the Business Journal. The ranking is based on an employer questionnaire that details company policies, practices and benefits, and a confidential employee engagement and satisfaction survey on culture, training, pay and benefits and other areas.
“We are honored to be recognized as one of the best places to work in Orange County,” said Royce Sharf, executive vice president and branch manager. “Our people are what set us apart in this competitive environment and, without question, are our most important asset. This award affirms that Savills offers a platform and service model that supports our real estate professionals, providing an opportunity to achieve great success for themselves and their clients.”
Savills Orange County office opened in 1989. With its 2017 acquisition of Cresa, which previously absorbed Travers Realty and The Staubach Company, Savills is the premier tenant-focused firm in Orange County.
With a history of specialization in tenant representation, Savills helps clients get more value out of their real estate. The firm’s integrated teams of expert consultants and brokers transcend conventional brokerage to develop occupancy solutions that drive productivity and profitability. Savills offers services in tenant representation, portfolio solutions, consulting, workforce and incentives strategy, workplace strategy and occupant experience, project management, client technology solutions and capital markets.
