Three properties with eight buildings making up the greater part of the district Sperlingens Backe which is bordered by Stureplan, Birger Jarlsgatan, Grev Turegatan, Humlegårdsgatan and Sturegatan. The properties, which include Sturegalleria and offices, have an area of 60 000 m2.

Savills was appointed to conduct a market analysis, valuation and commercial due diligence as part of the client’s acquisition process.

After the client gave an indicative bid and proceeded with the acquisition process with Savills’ help, Savills coordinated the total due diligence process and took full responsibility for reporting, calculating and evaluating the project for the end customer.
