Ulf Nilsson
Managing Director

Graduate of Law from Uppsala University. Employed at Savills since 2005.

Ulf worked previously at Ernst & Young, ABB Financial Services and Handelsbanken, and has a broad experience base in both Swedish and international financing as well as corporate finance. Ulf has provided consulting services for numerous real estate transactions with property as an underlying asset.

Lars Rikardson
Chief Consultant

Lars has a degree in Real Estate Economics from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm. He is also ASPECT-certified real estate appraiser.

Employed at Savills since 2005. Lars gained in-depth experience in due diligence, appraisals and analysis, from his previous positions at Ernst & Young, Catella and VM Fastighetsekonomer, making him one of Sweden's leading names in real estate.

Karin Zakariasson
Chief Appraiser

Karin is a MRICS- and ASPECT-certified real estate appraiser.

Employed at Savills since 2010. Karin was previously employed at Newsec, Stadshypotek/Handelsbanken and HSB. She has more than 20 years of experience with all types of property appraisals, market analysis and administration.

Anders Rydstern
Head of the Gothenburg office

MRICS. Employed by Savills since December 2010. Has earlier been employed by Catella, Arthur Andersen, Deloitte and CBRE as head of their respective Gothenburg office.

Has 25 years of experience of valuation of all types of real estate, market analysis and due diligence.
